So I figured it might be nice to make a new entry... since I haven't for quite a while.

Yesterday we had to put my dog, Mac, down. He was 14 and his back legs just stopped working. He also stopped eating too. It was quite depressing to see him so incompetent. He remained happy up until his last moments though. I loved him so much. He usually hates needles and stuff, but the vet told us that when she was putting the catheter thing in him, he was licking their hands. He usually has to be muzzled or restrained in some way. My mom and I figured that he knew what was happening, and he knew it was his time to go. I miss him a lot. I keep thinking he's still sleeping on my mom's bed, or that I'll hear him walking down the hall or barking.

I know it was for the best, but it's always still so hard. I'm sure it'll take me atleast a week for it to completely soak in.

Umm yeah. So I didn't go to riding yesterday, but I went today. I rode Rusty. Apparently he still hasn't had his teeth done but he was still semi good. We had a few interesting moments, but Jackie said that he hasn't been worked for a few weeks so he's probably a bit rusty. No pun intended, hehe :P

I got another job, finally! I'm now working at a boarding kennel for dogs. It's like a 7 minutes drive from my house, which is a huge bonus. I'm starting my training on Thursday, then Tuesday and Thursday of the following week. I'm really looking forward to it. I was nervous about my interview, and then I wasn't sure if they'd hire me because I really didn't think it went that well. But apparently they liked me, haha. I'm not really sure how many other people went in for interviews though, but they told me they were doing them all day. So yeah! I'll finally have some more money :P

Well, that's all I feel like writing about... bye for now!

I've had 4 lessons in the past 2 weeks. All were quite good actually. Last week I rode Rusty on Monday and Tuesday. Monday he was awesome. He's quite brave and honest for being a green pony. He jumped everything well. Except for the one stride... but he was just being a bit silly. He's such a cute pony =)

This past Monday and Tuesday I rode Lance. He's all better, yay! He's a such a sweetheart. He loves to jump, which is awesome. He's lazy on the flat, but once you start jumping he has quiter a bit of energy. We did some single jumps and a 4 stride to a 4 stride. I actually needed to whoa him a couple times for once. I'd love to show him, but I know I'd back out at the last minute. Showing isn't really my thing anymore. I'd also like to coboard him but I don't really have the money =(

Today's calculus class was the best one ever. I'm pretty sure we laughed for the 60 minutes out of the 65 we were there. Holy crap. I don't know what was wrong with everyone, and the teacher was pretty crazy today too. It's not a full moon tonight, or tomorrow, is it? That usually makes people act funny, lol. I love it when teachers can joke around and everything. I seem to learn better when I'm actually having fun =D

The weather outside is nuts right now. We had snow and ice pellets from 10:30 am until about 3:30 pm. Now it's snow and a bit of freezing rain. I so hope it's a snow day tomorrow, or atleast a bus cancellation day. That would be so awesome. I likely wouldn't have to write the calculus test until Monday, woo hoo!

Anyways, I'm going to make tea. Bye!
